Our refund and returns policy lasts only up to 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund. No exchanges allowed as all baked items are freshly baked according to your chosen item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We cannot offer returns on perishable items. If you believe our baked goods may have been the source of an illness, please contact us with these concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have made a purchase online, you are allowed to cancel and receive a full refund up until 24 hours before the expected delivery date. If a cancellation request is received after that, you will only receive half of your payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
